Following a competitive pitch process, German identity verification brand IDnow has appointed Firework PR to drive its UK launch activity to support the forthcoming opening of its new Manchester Tech Hub. Headquartered in Munich, the innovative technology company opened its first UK office in London’s Canary Wharf in November following a successful $40 million financing round. The company will move into its new Manchester city centre premises in the coming weeks.
As technology PR specialists, Firework will deliver an initial three-month integrated launch campaign which will focus on developing brand messaging and content supported by media and influencer relations, social media content and promotion of the brand’s latest podcast series.

IDnow was the first company to introduce a legally secure video in the identification of customers and electronic signatures. The brand has a portfolio of over 250 customers including leading international companies from various industries such as Bank of Scotland, BNP Paribas, Commerzbank, eventim, Raisin (Weltsparen), Sixt, solarisBank, Telefonica Deutschland, UBS, Western Union, and Wirecard as well as fintechs such as Fidor, N26, smava, and wefox.
