During a fast-paced few months, we have worked with Allocate to create a new brand messaging narrative which supports both the company’s product development roadmap and responds to industry trends such as the Transforming NHS improvement framework and UK skills crisis. Firework has also established an integrated press office to manage all proactive and reactive media activity, creating opportunities to position Allocate as a thought leader in tackling workforce issues. Our work has already delivered key milestones including a global corporate messaging framework, a case study programme launched, and evidence-driven customer case studies created. We have also delivered significant national coverage in tier one media.
The model has now been adopted as part of a global campaign including Germany, Australia and soon to be rolled out to Sweden. An integrated Trello board for PR keeps everyone up-to-date real-time.
